Proof of Concept Bakery never stores your name or email. A sandbox is yours until 10:00 UTC, when every sandbox is deleted. What it keeps and for how long.

Sign in with an account you have

Google and GitHub tell the bakery only a number that identifies the account, kept as a keyed hash.

Create a demo account

The bakery makes up a username for you and keeps a hash of your password. It never asks for an email, so there is no password reset: if you forget the password, make a new account. An account you do not sign in to for 30 days deletes itself.

No account. A check that you are a person gets you a sandbox and a cookie. Guests browse, order and pay; the console’s writes need a sign-in.
